Again too many to name. There are some classic comedies and action films. Great indie films (City of God...one of my more recent favorites). If I watch a movie, I want to either laugh, be dazzled by action sequences and learn from the message they are projecting.

Don't watch too much television. I rather spend my time living life than watching somebody elses. But when I do want to unwind...I watch crime drama (CSI, Law and Order...etc.) Sleeper Cell, 24, Weeds, Chapelle Show...ESPN for game reports and updates, sports programs (seasonal)...and the Weather Channel.

Too many to list...but basically biographical/autobiographical accounts of people I find to be noteworthy...historical, musical, religious and political figures. Jesus, Ghandi, Mohammed, MLK, Jr., Amilcar Cabral, CHE, Malcolm X, Bob Marley, Haile Selassie, Fela Kuti, JFK, Michael Jordan, Vince Lombardi...and so forth.
